Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns on earrings.

If you have purchased a pendant within 14 days and wish to exchange it for something else, please send us an email at kiraandeve@outlook.com.au and we will endeavour to find a solution.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are on sale, unless the item is faulty.

If you would like to discuss any issues you may have had with an order, please send us an email so we can rectify the situation.
