Shipping Information

Our orders are shipped from our small studio in Queensland. Please allow 1-4 business days for shipping of your order.

We recommend that you select registered post when checking out to track your parcels progress. If you have not chosen this option your parcel will be sent via untracked regular post. If you require your order urgently, please send us an email and we can organise express tracking for you.

Each of our pieces are sent sitting snug within a custom box made from recycled card, which is hand made in our studio. This box is then placed within a rigid mailer (at Kira and Eve we are trying to make eco friendly choices to do our bit for our beautiful environment).
